Totals for groups. Never one person.

The Impact System is a separate view for organizations. We are building it to show how a group is doing: who takes part, what gets in the way, which steps get done and what results people report.

A test version with made-up data. It runs only on our own computers. It is not online, and there is no real data yet.

Patterns, not people.

Each person's own path stays with them. An organization would only see totals for the group. Very small groups are hidden, so no one can be picked out.

Before a real test

A test on our own computers is not a live service. These must be done and agreed with a partner before any real person's data goes in.

  • Safe hosting online, with monitoring and backups
  • A legal basis, consent wording and a data agreement with the partner
  • Clear rules for who is in the group, and when data is deleted
  • Checks that roles and organizations stay apart once it is online
