Privacy Policy
EVARYO is designed around data minimisation, consent-based proof and aggregate reporting. This policy describes how the EVARYO public website handles information during the pre-launch phase. The product itself follows the same principles, formalised separately in pilot data processing agreements.
Controller
During the pre-launch phase, EVARYO acts as the controller of information processed via this website. Final corporate controllership will be confirmed at public launch. Contact: info@evaryo.com.
What we process via this website
Contact forms. When you submit a contact form, EVARYO processes the information you provide (such as name, organisation, role, work email, country, inquiry type, sector, expected participant volume, timeline and message) in order to respond to your inquiry.
Technical data. Standard server-side request data (such as IP address, user agent, timestamp) may be processed transiently for hosting, security and abuse prevention by our hosting provider.
Cookies. This website currently uses only technically necessary cookies. See the cookie notice.
Purpose & legal basis
Contact-form data is processed to respond to your inquiry and, if applicable, to scope a pilot conversation. Where EU/EEA, UK or Swiss data protection law applies, the legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to inbound institutional inquiries.
Retention
Inquiry data is retained only for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting pilot scoping, and then archived or deleted in line with internal retention rules.
Processors & international transfers
EVARYO relies on a small number of professional service providers for hosting, email and form processing. Where data is transferred outside the country of collection, EVARYO uses providers offering appropriate safeguards. A complete processor list will be published with the public-launch version of this policy.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability with respect to your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact info@evaryo.com.
No sale of personal data · no surveillance
EVARYO does not sell personal data. The EVARYO product is designed to provide aggregate, privacy-safe outcome reporting by default and to share personal proof only on user consent. This public website does not perform automated decision-making about visitors, and contact form submissions are not used for any form of automated profiling or scoring.
Decision boundary
EVARYO does not make final eligibility, employment, benefit or admission decisions. EVARYO creates readiness proof and aggregate outcome insight. Final decisions remain with the authorized institution, employer or program operator under their applicable rules. Readiness proof is not a human value score.
Changes
This policy is a pre-launch version and will be revised, with controller details and processor disclosures finalised, prior to public launch.
